We are currently seeking a detail‐oriented, customer‐focused Estimator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Project Assessment:Evaluate project requirements by carefully analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other relevant documents.Identify material costs and necessary resources.Collaboration:Work closely with contractors during the estimation process to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and refine estimates.Estimation and Presentation:Prepare detailed estimates, considering all aspects of the project.Present estimates to clients professionally and promptly.Cost Optimization:Suggest cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality.Balance budget constraints with project needs.Documentation:Maintain meticulous records of all project-related information.Requirements:
Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for accurate calculations and documentation.Previous on-the-job training is advantageous.Collaborative Mindset:Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal).Analytical Abilities:Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.Time Management:Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines.Experience & Other Requirements
