Manage renewals, identify enhancements, support proposals, and keep account information current
Coordinate across Sales, Design, Build, and Operations teams to ensure projects stay on track
Help clients understand project expectations and ensure satisfaction
3+ years of experience in account management, landscaping, or related industry
~ Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
~ Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
~ Financial understanding of budgets and profitability
Experience in commercial or residential landscape maintenance
Proficiency in LMN, Aspire, Buildertrend, or CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field
