About the Role
The Applications Engineer/ CNC Programmer is responsible for providing hands-on support on the manufacturing floor to develop new processes, improve existing protocols, train and mentor machinists, and help find solutions to critical manufacturing issues. Industrial Maintenance Technician | 2nd Shift
$25-$35+/hour, based on experience + Generous shift differential for 2nd shift
Hi-Tek Manufacturing is searching for experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician who wishes to develop a career in advanced manufacturing technology by executing a higher level of workmanship.
Core Functions & Tasks:
• Perform general electrical and mechanical maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic production equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using appropriate testing devices
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems

Industrial Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Hi-Tek Manufacturing is searching for an experienced 2nd shift Manufacturing Supervisor who wishes to continue developing his or her career as a machining leader for the aerospace / turbine industry. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the 2nd shift Manufacturing Supervisor will assist in developing an intentional culture of excellence, teamwork, and growth. This key role will direct, and coordinate production. The Supervisor will direct Team Leads, Set-up Techs, Operators, Machinists, and other employees involved in processing product. The position is responsible for scheduling all production for 1st shift. The Manufacturing Supervisor will also lead performance through planning, coordinating, and evaluating the activities of the management team and employees while ensuring production quality and safety standards throughout the side of the shop. Works with engineers and the safety / training coordinator to ensure safety of plant employees and the production process.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Technology Manager, the primary responsibility of the Controls and Integration Engineer is to analyze, control, modify, and execute programs for CNC machine controllers. You will also assist in defining the electronic control requirements for CNC equipment and will plan for programming controls to prevent data loss due to power outages. Additionally, this role includes implementing measures to protect data and interfacing with all machine and equipment upgrades or additions.

Overview: Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the CMM Technician is responsible for following all policies and procedures associated with the various parts and equipment that they may be required to run.
