  Job Summary:
  
  Automotive Service Porters / Valets a Porsche Austin greet customers, move vehicles and help management as requested.
  
  Duties/Responsibilities
  Greet customers as they arrive to the dealership.Move cars in the parking lot.Pick up and drop off of customer cars as needed.Pull cars up when clients arrive to pick up their vehicles.Check loaners in when customers return.Bring loaners up when instructed and ensure vehicle is clean with a full tank of gas.Pick-up and delivery of customer vehicles as needed.Perform shuttle rides for customers as needed.Open doors for customers.Keep the service drive area clean and cars moved in a timely manner.Other tasks as assigned.
  Required Skills/Abilities:
  Customer service skillsProfessional appearanceCautious driving skills
  Education and Experience:
  Valid driver's license.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  Physical Requirements:
  May lift objects that weigh as much as 15 lbs.Good hand-eye coordination.Prolonged periods of standing.Position works outside moving vehicles

  Maserati / Alfa Romero is looking for a Certified Technician for our Austin, TX location. Technicians with Chrysler / Dodge experience are encouraged to apply as Alfa Romeo vehicles are equipped with Mopar parts and have similar systems and repair processes.
  
  Job Summary:
  
  A Certified Technician, fixes, inspects, and maintains Alfa Romeo and Maserati vehicles. Main duties include using tools to identify and diagnose potential issues with a customer's vehicle, explain problems with the vehicle to the customer and perform maintenance on the vehicles to fix or prevent them from future breakdowns or issues.
  
  Duties/Responsibilities:
  Perform routine maintenance and other tasks in a fast-paced environment.Repair brake and steering systems.Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems.Replace or repair transmissions and fuel components as needed.Repair cooling components and systems including air conditioners and engine cooling.Perform emissions inspections, safety checks and similar state-regulated vehicle examinations.Produce legible and accurate paperwork reflecting work performed.Must read, interpret, and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records.Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.Maintain a clean, safe working environment.Other duties as assigned.
  Required Skills/Abilities:
  Understanding of automotive systems.Ability to use the diagnostic equipment and tools including power tools.Willingness to learn with hands-on training.Ability to maintain a professional appearance.Ability to provide friendly customer service.
  Education and Experience:
  Automotive and engine repair experience or auto mechanic training preferred.Working knowledge of state inspection guidelines, particularly those concerning emissions and safety, is advantageous.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.ASE certifications required.
  Physical Requirements:
  May lift objects that weigh as much as 50 lbs.Good hand-eye coordination.Prolonged periods of standing.Frequent reaching, bending, squatting, pulling and lifting.

  Job Summary:

  Automotive Sales Associates are responsible for selling vehicles for personal and commercial use. Their duties include meeting with customers to discuss their needs, promoting sales offers at their dealership and participating in test drives with interested customers.

  Duties/Responsibilities:

  Great customers arriving at the dealershipShowcase the dealerships vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customersAnswer customers questions about vehicles, financing and the purchase processAccompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practicesNegotiate prices and trade-in values for customers vehiclesCoordinate with the finance department to determine each customers financing and ownership optionsContact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehiclesGenerate new business leads

  Required Skills/Abilities:

  Physical Requirements:

  Long hours and weekends - Sales professionals may work 12 hour days especially toward the end of month or around promotional times. The dealerships are also open on Saturdays which can but one of the busiest sales business days.Standing and walking - Sales professional may spend a lot of time on their feet walking showroom floor and parking areas with customers.Mobility and good reaction times to be able to safely drive vehicles with customers.May lift or move promotional materials, typically not more than 10 lbs.
