    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager with a strong background in commercial roofing systems.     Key Responsibilities

    • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
    • Experience with The EDGE estimating software required
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating tools
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites

    Work Environment
    • Combination of office work and field/site visits
    • Exposure to varying weather conditions during site inspections
    • Occasional overtime to meet bid deadlines
    • Comfortable working at heights when necessary

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue commercial leads through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and referrals.Site Inspections & Estimations: Climb ladders, conduct roof surveys, measure square footage, and document existing damage.
