HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Greet and assist prospective and current residents in both English and Spanish.Conduct property tours and promote community amenities.Process rental applications and lease agreements.Maintain accurate resident files and ensure compliance with Tax Credit (LIHTC) program requirements.Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service.Enter leasing activity and resident information into the property's management software.Assist with resident retention and lease renewals.Support the property management team with daily office operations.Position Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (required).Experience using a property management software system (Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, Entrata, ResMan, Knock, etc.).Excellent communication and organizational skills.Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to the property.HH Staffing is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
