HG Arias & Associates is searching for a qualified individual to cover in a secretary role during a 3 moth assignment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Training and Experience: Administrative support, paraprofessional, or secretarial experience or a High School Diploma and three (3) years of increasingly responsible administrative support, paraprofessional, or secretarial experience to an executive public or private sector official.
Licenses and Certifications: Valid Texas Class "C" Driver's License or equivalent from another state.
GENERAL PURPOSE:
Under direction, perform a variety of highly responsible, complex paraprofessional functions to provide secretarial support and administrative services.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
Be the central point of contact, handling calls, emails, and visitors, managing travel arrangements and itineraries.
Assisting with day-today operations
Organizing, copying and maintaining file system and managing records
Arrange and schedule time and place for meetings.
Maintenance of payroll via KRONOS
Monitor supplies budget and inventory, requisition supplies and complete invoicing.
