Heritage Construction and Maintenance is currently looking for an Onsite Building Engineer for a high-rise condominium community. The position relies substantially on the person’s level of understanding and knowledge of the maintenance requirements including, but not limited to, the following building maintenance functions, including building structure and surfaces, electrical systems, plumbing, water and sewer systems, heating and air conditioning systems, sanitation systems, elevator systems, fire sprinkler systems, power generators, irrigation and landscaping systems, swimming pool systems and general cleaning and housekeeping requirements. This candidate MUST have experience boilers and chillers.
