ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process incoming consignments accurately and efficiently, including:Opening packagesLabeling and verifying the contents of packagesCreating an electronic report for the consignmentCommunicate with clients in all aspects of the consignmentResearch the status of consignmentsReturn client materialPerform department-wide inventories of consignment materialAssemble client information packetsAssist with Consignment Directors' responsibilitiesOther duties may be assigned.Requirements:EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma required
• Experience in a customer service position or industry
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Word and Excel
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task and pay great attention to detail
• The individual may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Individuals must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position may require overnight travel based on business needs.
