    Lincoln and Volvo Norwood have an opening in the Accounting Office for overall general suport. The ideal candidate strives to contribute to the store's efforts to deliver an exceptional guest experience to our guests by making it a top priority to help other team members who are serving out guests (e.g., by being highly responsive to those team members' requests for information or assistance that will help them serve our guests).     The Parts Counterperson sells parts to all customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone. The counterperson is responsible for going above and beyond regular requests to ensure that all relevant and required parts and supplies are available and communicated to the customer, both internally and externally. It is essential that the counterperson is efficient, cooperative and personable.

    Responsibilities

    When interacting with customers, seeks to deliver exceptional guest experiences by going above-and-beyond. When not interacting with guests, gives priority to helping other team members deliver exceptional guest experiences (e.g., by being highly responsive to their requests for information or assistance that will help them serve our guests).

    Treats all co-workers, customers, and vendors professionally and with respect.

    Adheres to Company Policies and Procedures.

    Maintains a clean and organized work area.

    Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to the dealership dress code.

    Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.

    Answers phone calls and counter inquiries, providing price quotes and other information.

    Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials, and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.

    Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.Pulls and fills orders from stock.

    Locates out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submits orders, according to department guidelines.

    Records lost sales as prescribed by Parts Manager.

    Notifies the service advisor and the customer using prescribed process when special ordered parts have been received.

    Reviews body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.

    Notifies the body shop when all parts have arrived and when they will be delivered.

    Pulls orders for delivery to body shop, making sure all parts are tagged with customer names and job number.

    Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.

    Follows department policy and instructions on the special ordering of parts, plus S.O. aging.

    Ensures that all Warranty parts are properly tagged, stored and available for return, so that the dealership recovers full credit from the factory.

    Follows up on back-ordered parts.

    Ensures that the same high quality level of service provided to outside customers is also provided to internal dealership customers.

    Works with the service department, used car department and the body shop to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs.

    Maintains a prompt, efficient and timely flow of paperwork.

    Monitors daily and monthly reports in a timely manner, as directed by the parts manager.

    Verifies will-call and back-order files weekly and returns to vendors, or stocks those items not picked up or required .

    Is aware of and supports dealership sales promotions.

    Maintains customer loyalty.

    Ensures that customer complaints are handled immediately and according to the dealerships guidelines.

    Works well with all dealership personnel, promoting teamwork, good relationships and morale.

    Assists in the collection of past-due accounts.

    Adheres to safety requirements, including but not limited to, forklift training and operation, processing of MSDS sheets on all products carried and OSHA Right-to-Know.

    Follows federal, state and local law as well as company policy about safeguarding all information.

    Keeps current with annual HR training along with any other training that might be required for this position.

    Notifies Parts Manager of any illegal or improper activity.

    Assists outside sales representatives with their orders.

    Replenishes assigned inventory daily.

    Merecedes Benz Sudbury has an opening for a qualified CVR Clerk who must have a current or recently expired CVR Certificate. Join our team and help us bring the dealership to new levels of success in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    Processes all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled. Prepares tax and title documents. Promptly submits all contracts and drafts to proper lending institution for payment. Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles. Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before processing title applications. Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete. Bills out all dealer trades and prepares Certificates of Origin & Maintains a system to verify out-of-state titles. Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work. Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the comptroller on a weekly basis.
