    HEPCO is seeking an Associate Project Manager Level III (APM) for our client to support capital projects through all phases of the project life cycle. This role focuses on code compliance and accessibility standards, ensuring adherence to New York State Fire and Building Codes and the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Position Overview Under supervision, the Associate Project Manager Level III will review and monitor capital projects from pre-design through closeout to ensure compliance with applicable Fire, Building, and ADA regulations. The selected candidate will provide technical review, written commentary, and inspection support to ensure regulatory requirements are fully integrated into project design and construction.
