    Are you an operations-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment? Our client, a leader in the Financial Technology industry, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee high-volume insertion operations at their Edgewood, NY facility.

    Reporting to the Manager of Production Operations, this role is responsible for ensuring all Service Level Agreements with Broadridge clients are met in the most cost-efficient manner while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will lead and manage a team of up to 40 full-time associates and temporary staff, prioritizing client mailings to meet all SEC and contractual requirements.

    Oversee insertion operations to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and client deadlines are consistently met
    Provide production sign-off on all jobs, including material, media, and indicia verification
    Ensure all operators receive proper technical and procedural training
    Manage labor on the production floor by planning schedules, adjusting staffing levels, and utilizing outside temp agencies as volume dictates
    Ensure machines remain productive by assigning the right jobs to the right equipment and minimizing downtime
    Meet or exceed cost per unit, quality, safety, and associate satisfaction targets
    Maintain detailed working knowledge of production hardware, equipment, software, and applications
    Prepare operator productivity and quality reports and provide ongoing performance feedback
    Demonstrate strong leadership and motivate teams to continuously improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and safety
    Prioritize and delegate all Must-Mail jobs, track hot jobs, and communicate status across departments to meet deadlines
    Coordinate with material handlers and warehouse teams to ensure machines are supplied with the correct materials and envelopes
    Audit envelopes and materials to ensure accurate inventory counts
    Partner with management to establish department and individual goals and communicate expectations through meetings and performance discussions
    Assume Production Manager responsibilities in the absence of the Production Manager
    Requirements

    Bachelors degree preferred, or five years of experience working in a production environment
    Minimum of two years of leadership or supervisory experience
    Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop associates
    Strong PC and systems skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with budgets and operational data
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to all levels of the organization
    Ability to monitor operator performance and provide effective feedback
    Ability to stand for extended periods of time
    Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
    Spanish communication skills are a plus
    Compensation

    Salary range: $75,000 to $80,000 annually (Depending on experience and qualifications)

    Work Schedule
    Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM ET

    Maintain personnel records for direct reports
    Oversee approximately 15 to 20 direct reports and all production equipment used by technical support and production operations
    Communicate daily with senior management regarding strategic scheduling and operational issues
    Monitor daily throughput and equipment downtime reports and provide feedback to department personnel
    Qualifications

    Associates Degree or completion of a Technical or Trade School program
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of production equipment
    At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume production environment, including conducting performance reviews and leading teams
    Proven proficiency in the operation and repair of insertion and bindery equipment
    Electronic and electric circuit experience required
    Electrical and electronics repair experience is a plus
    Knowledge and experience with reporting tools such as Jet and IQ
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    Compensation

    Salary range: $75,000 to $80,000 annually (Depending on experience and qualifications)

    Work Schedule
    Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
    Availability required as needed until 5:00 PM, as well as weekends and holidays based on production volume

    Qualifications and Experience
    Core Qualifications
    Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
    Experience managing multi-trade construction projects in a government contracting environment
    OSHA 30-hour certification
    USACE QCMC certification
    Strong understanding of construction documentation including RFIs, submittals, MSDS, safety plans, and environmental plans
    Experience with Primavera and/or Microsoft Project preferred
    Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
    Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail

    Required Experience
    10+ years of project management experience
    10+ years of construction site management experience
    5+ years of U.S. Government FAR exposure and application

    Education
    Bachelors degree preferred
    An additional four years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree

    Additional Areas of Experience
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
    Design and engineering experience preferred
    Construction estimating experience preferred
    Healthcare construction experience preferred
    IT infrastructure construction experience preferred

    Certifications
    USACE QAQM certification required
    OSHA 30 certification required
