Responsibilities
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on apartment units and common areasDiagnose and repair HVAC systems efficientlyComplete work orders promptly and professionallyAssist with plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairsParticipate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance needsEnsure property grounds and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintainedRequirements:What We Offer

Maintenance/Service Technician I
We’re seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician I to join our team and help maintain a safe, clean, and “market-ready” apartment community. This role works closely with the Community Manager and Service Supervisor to complete apartment turnovers, respond to non-HVAC service requests, and assist with the overall upkeep of the property.
