    We are currently seeking Maintenance Technician II with HVAC certification and EPA Level II or Universal Refrigerant Certification. If you're reliable, hands-on, and passionate about property maintenance, we want to hear from you!

    Responsibilities

    Perform routine and emergency maintenance on apartment units and common areasDiagnose and repair HVAC systems efficientlyComplete work orders promptly and professionallyAssist with plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairsParticipate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance needsEnsure property grounds and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintainedRequirements:


    HVAC Certification (Required)EPA Level II or Universal Refrigerant Certification (Required)Prior apartment or multifamily maintenance experience preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and problem-solving skillsMust be able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks

    Maintenance/Service Technician I

    We’re seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician I to join our team and help maintain a safe, clean, and “market-ready” apartment community. This role works closely with the Community Manager and Service Supervisor to complete apartment turnovers, respond to non-HVAC service requests, and assist with the overall upkeep of the property.


    Key Responsibilities

    Prepare vacated units for new residents following a schedule
    Complete minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
    Assist with appliance replacement and key/lock changes
    Support cleanliness and safety of community grounds
    Follow all safety protocols and company policiesRequirements:


    Reliable attendance and ability to take directionBasic repair and maintenance skillsCommitment to customer service and teamworkFamiliarity with safety procedures and equipmentMust be able to physically complete assigned job duties and take direction.
