    Position Summary

    The Sales Representative is responsible for the successful sale, distribution, and retail execution of Hensley’s full product portfolio. This role drives volume growth, strengthens account relationships, and ensures optimal product visibility and execution across assigned retail accounts within the Arrowhead territory.

    Position Summary

    Hensley Beverage Company is seeking a Sales Representative, Small Format to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This position is responsible for the successful sale, distribution, and retail execution of our entire portfolio of products and related programs, resulting in overall volume growth within an assigned territory.

    Position Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Organize each day to prepare for daily sales calls.Meet with the manager or individual responsible for placing orders at assigned accounts and assess any changes or activity that may affect sales. Advise customers of new products or promotions that may add value when placing orders.Evaluate products already in the account and check code dates to ensure product freshness.Fill and face shelves, maintain shelf pricing, rotate backstock, and update displays with fresh point-of-sale materials.Organize product rotation and breakage so it is easily identifiable and accessible to the delivery driver.Take inventory and prepare orders to discuss with account buyers.Use effective selling skills to secure displays, shelf sets, point-of-sale placements, and new package placements.Submit orders, request signage, recap PFP, and update contest information through a handheld electronic device. All orders must be transmitted by 3:30 p.m.Periodically check messages and texts to ensure customer accounts are serviced in a timely manner, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings.Maintain ongoing communication with managers.Required Skills & ExperiencePrevious beverage industry sales experience preferred, but not required.Must be at least 21 years of age.Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift over 100 pounds.Must be able to work weekends and holidays.Valid driver's license required.Must have reliable transportation.     Position Summary

    We are looking for a full-time, customer service-oriented CDL Operator – Nights to join our Operations team. In this role, you will safely operate a CDL truck and/or tractor-trailer while supporting our overnight delivery and warehouse operations. Responsibilities include transporting products, completing assigned deliveries, ensuring accurate product handling, maintaining equipment, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

    IMPORTANT

    As a new CDL Driver with Hensley, you will begin your career in training as a CDL Operator (CDL Delivery Trainee) and start as an hourly, non-exempt employee (eligible for overtime). The training period is typically 30–90 days but may vary based on individual performance and training progress.

    Upon successfully completing the training period, you will be promoted to a CDL Delivery Driver role and assigned to a route. Additionally, you will transition to an exempt salaried position (ineligible for overtime). Along with your salary, you will be eligible for various incentive programs, including a monthly safety bonus and weekly performance bonuses.

    Position Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

    Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections as required by AZDOT.

    Verify product load-out before leaving the facility.

    Safely operate CDL vehicles during overnight routes and deliveries.

    Deliver products to customer locations and obtain customer signatures for deliveries.

    Collect and properly secure payments, checks, and delivery documentation when required.

    Place products in designated storage areas at customer locations.

    Pick up empty containers, kegs, or returned product as instructed.

    Rotate product inventory and ensure proper stock management.

    Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation.

    Communicate customer concerns, service issues, and competitive activity to management.

    Check company communications daily, including invoices, memos, and operational updates.

    Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of all assigned equipment and vehicles.

    Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

    Work closely with Operations Leadership to ensure efficient overnight operations and customer satisfaction.

    Required Skills and Experience

    Must be at least 19 years of age or older.

    Maintain a current and valid Arizona Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

    Must have a clean driving record.

    Ability to work overnight and flexible schedules as needed.

    Good communication skills and positive attitude.

    Excellent customer service skills.

    Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    Ability to interact with diverse personalities.

    Ability to read code dates proficiently.

    Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. for package products and up to 165 lbs. for keg products.

    Must be able to work holidays as required.

    ORDER FILLER

    Hensley Beverage Company is a multi-generational, family-owned, local Arizona beverage wholesaler that distributes a wide portfolio of beverages, including Anheuser-Busch InBev (ABI) beers, top selling local and regional craft beers, premium non-alcohol beverages, and an extensive assortment of award-winning fine wines and spirits.     Position Summary:

    We are seeking an Order filler to build orders accurately and efficiently within set company time frames to help bring Hensley customers outstanding service. Must work with electric pallet jack (walkie-rider, fast-moving pallet jack) and utilize Voice pick automated system.

    Monday - Thursday 8:00AM - 6:00PM


    Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

    Maintain our culture of “Safety First”Utilize voice-picking software to build orders at or above company standards for productivity and accuracyMaintain clean work environment by cleaning while workingMust be willing and able to be cross-trained in different functions of warehouse including but not limited to; Repack, Replenishment, Product Put away and ReceivingOccasionally work overtime to complete workMust follow all Hensley processes to ensure work is completed accurately and efficientlyCommunicate with managers with any issues or ideas to improve workflowAlways exhibit professional behavior Utilize an electric pallet jack (walkie-rider, fast-moving pallet jack) while picking cases/orders

    Required Skills and Experience:

    Be at least 18 years of age or olderGood communication skills and cheerful dispositionExcellent customer serviceMust be able to work well with othersAbility to interact with diverse personalitiesAbility to read code dates proficientlyFrequently required to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) poundsMust have reliable transportationMust have good attendanceMust be able to work holidays Previous beverage industry/warehouse experience helpful, but not necessary
