Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Plumbing Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This role combines hands-on plumbing service with a strong focus on customer relations and sales growth. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing plumbing systems, as well as identifying sales opportunities for related products and services. Key Responsibilities:
Perform plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and installations for residential and commercial clients.Provide maintenance and emergency plumbing services.Ensure all work is compliant with safety and building codes.Identify sales opportunities and recommend plumbing products or services to clients.Present product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.Meet or exceed sales targets by securing new business and upselling services.Provide excellent customer service, build relationships, and ensure client satisfactionComplete service reports, sales orders, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.Qualifications:
1-3 yrs experience in plumbing service and repair (residential preferred)Proven plumbing sales consulting experience.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Valid plumbing license preferred and driver’s license.Benefits:

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or GED (HVAC trade school or apprenticeship is a plus)
Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors and confined spaces
