    Qualifications & Requirements:

    We provide on-the-job training and mentorship to help you build confidence and advance your career. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly, non-exempt position reporting to the Plumbing Manager. Overtime may be available based on business needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Learn to repair drywall and stucco after plumbing work is completed to match surrounding textures and finishes.Assist with painting, color matching, and texture application using the proper materials and techniques.Safely use and maintain hand and power tools, including hoppers, brushes, caulking guns, and other trade equipment.Prepare work areas by removing damaged materials and cleaning up debris.Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.Document completed work and communicate job status with Install Coordinators.Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.Support the Plumbing Department with additional tasks as assigned while continuing to develop your trade skills.
