This role is responsible for driving sales growth within Hello! by developing strong relationships with meeting planners, corporate clients, hotel partners, and suppliers. Excellent phone and computer skills, along with strong oral and written communication skills, are essential to be successful and drive business growth. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Own and execute the local and national sales strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets for destination management services. Manage, coach, and develop Account Executives through goal setting, pipeline reviews, and performance feedback. Support Account Executive on site visits and engage with clients during program operation. Join Account Executive during key moments of hotel relationship development including but not limited to lunch meetings, offsite experiences, FAMs. Establish personal relationships with key leaders at area hotels, nurture and grow relationships throughout. Review Account Executive forecasts and ensure timely closing of business, receipt of deposits and final payments. Communication with General Manager and other Discipline Leaders to ensure continuity, clarity and adherence to office and company objectives.     SUMMARY OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
    The Director ofOperations provides strategic and hands-on leadership to ensure Hello!Destination Management delivers exceptional programs and consistently exceedsclient expectations. This role leads day-to-day operations, develops AccountManagers and Operations team members, and ensures proposals, vendors, staffing,and on-site execution are aligned with service standards, budgets, andtimelines.

    Key Responsibilities

    Design and lead program operations, including support in other destinations as needed. Attract, retain, train, and mentor Account Managers and Operations team members on best practices and service standards. Serve as a subject matter expert in destination management services (group transportation, theme décor and entertainment, tours, activities, off-site events, and related services). Provide daily guidance, coaching, and performance support to maximize team effectiveness. Lead proposal development, including pricing and costing, and provide clear direction to support staff as needed. Conduct site inspections and oversee operational readiness for programs and events. Negotiate with vendors to secure quality services, strong value, and reliable delivery. Identify, schedule, and manage quality part-time field staff to support program execution. Oversee program closeout, including final invoice preparation and client-ready documentation.

    Position Overview:These positions are part-time on-call and the hours available can vary greatly week to week. Only applicants with flexible and OPEN schedules are encouraged to apply.Your daily job duties will occur in various report locations around the city and in the resort and theme park areas, Orlando International Airport, and will usually revolve around assisting our guests to & from arranged transportation.
    Assignment Descriptions (but not limited to):Event Staff/Shuttle Bus Transfers – Friendly, informative staff will be positioned at hotels, convention centers, theme parks, or other locations to assist guests with boarding transportation to ensure they arrive at their destination safely.
    Typical Assignments Include:Greet guests for Arrival & Departure transportation to/from the airport & area hotels.Shuttle staff to manage Transportation to/from a specified destination.Event & hospitality management.Oversee Team building, Tours & Activities.Luggage handlers to assist loading/unloading of guest luggage at hotels and at the airport (must be able to lift up to 60lbs).
