    Estamos buscando un Operador de Excavadora para Tubería Principal altamente motivado y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo.

    Responsabilidades:

    Operar el equipo de acuerdo con las políticas de seguridad, procedimientos, leyes del sitio de trabajo y/o leyes de tránsito.

    Mantener tres puntos de contacto en todo momento en cualquier pieza del equipo.

    Responder a señales e instrucciones de otros miembros del equipo y trabajar en coordinación con ellos.

    Realizar inspecciones diarias y completar correctamente la lista de verificación diaria.

    Limpiar y mantener el equipo.

    Realizar inspecciones rutinarias del equipo asignado y reportar cualquier reparación necesaria al supervisor.

    Asistir a reuniones diarias de seguridad con el equipo.

    Reportar cualquier violación de seguridad al Supervisor y/o Departamento de Seguridad.

    Informar cualquier incidente al Supervisor o al equipo de seguridad.

    Cuando no esté operando maquinaria pesada, debe realizar otras tareas asignadas por el Capataz.

    Conocimientos, Habilidades y Capacidades Requeridas:

    Conocimiento de controles computarizados y electrónica.

    Excelente coordinación de manos, ojos y pies.

    Amplia comprensión de la instalación de tuberías en construcción.

    Capacidad para leer y comprender normas de seguridad, planos, instrucciones de mantenimiento, procedimientos operativos, etc.

    Gran orientación al trabajo en equipo.

    Educación y Experiencia:

    Educación: N/A

    Experiencia: Más de 3 años operando una máquina de línea principal.

    Salario: Desde $40.00 por hora, basado en experiencia

    Basic understanding and familiarity with bridge construction.

    Have reliable transportation and be reliable on the job.

    Must be able to maintain a safe working environment.

    Be familiar with working around cranes and other hoisting equipment.

    Must be able to take direction, give opinion, and ask questions in a professional manner.

    Positive attitude and a safety-oriented mindset.

    Ability to work on elevated surfaces and be familiar with the use of OSHA compliant fall protection systems.

    Education and Experience:

    Education: Minimum High school diploma/GED required.

    Experience: 1-2 years’ experience is required. Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required.

    HEI Civil is seeking an experienced Concrete Carpenter/Finisher to work in field service in the Denver Metro area. We are looking for someone motivated and detail-oriented to build onto our team.

    Responsibilities:

    Build and set concrete forms.

    Tie rebar.

    Place and finish concrete foundations.

    Finish concrete by floating, troweling, edging and brushing in accordance with specifications.

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    Have reliable transportation and be reliable on the job, Driver's License required.

    Have personal finishing tools and bring them to work daily.

    Must be able to maintain a safe working environment.

    Must be able to take direction, give opinion, and ask questions in a professional manner.

    Education and Experience:

    Education: Minimum High school diploma/GED required.

    Experience: 1-2 years experience is required. Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required.

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estimator with experience in civil construction to join our team in our Castle Rock, CO office. The Estimator will work under the direction of the Estimator Division Manager. The ideal candidate must be able to manage multiple projects at the same time.

    Responsibilities:

    Prepares commercial estimates per bid procedure.

    Prepares subcontractor evaluations.

    Attends weekly construction meetings.

    Reviews all plans and specifications, permit set of drawings, and Owner requirements with the Estimator.

    Prepares bid proposal, including the cost breakdown, clarifications, scope, and exclusions.

    Prepares drawing list.

    Processes and distributes all F.I.s for estimating and job addendums.

    Prepares subcontract takeoffs.

    Responds to all subcontractor inquiries in relation to bids.

    Assists with pricing of drawings and revisions.

    Assists in the pricing of owner and subcontract change orders including written narrative and drawing overlay.

    Provides value engineering services.

    Prepares subcontractor comparison sheets for evaluation.

    Prepares estimate turnovers to project managers.

    Assist the estimator in generating the scope of work for all trades.

    Prepare Owner / PM bid books.

    Prepare post-bid buyouts.

    Prepare call list and follow up for coverage.

    Maintain positive client/subcontractor relationships.

    Prepares Project Budgets.

    Makes Job Purchasing Decisions.

    Other duties as assigned by Manager.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and HCSS.

    Effective negotiation skills.

    Extreme attention to detail.

    Superior customer service skills required.

    Must be able to effectively communicate and manage subcontractors.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Experience with underground utilities, earthwork, roadway reconstruction, and civil construction required.

    Education and Experience:

    Education: Minimum High school diploma/GED required.

    Experience: 5+ years of experience with Civil and/or Heavy Highway Construction

    Salary from: $75,000+ per year; Based on Experience
