    $65–70K + yearly bonus
    2 weeks paid vacation
    Closed Sundays AND Mondays
    Dinner only, Tue–Sat, last seat 8:30
    55 seats, classical French technique
    Team of 5 chefs
    3+ years scratch kitchen, strong fundamentals, calm under pressure. French or fine-dining background a big plus.
