Position Overview:
The Project Executive (PX) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the companys project portfolio and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. This position drives client development, operational excellence, and financial performance while shaping company culture and standards, including The Heatherwood Way. The PX plays a critical role in expanding market presence, developing key relationships, and leading high-performing teams across multiple projects. This position will be located in the Tampa Bay area.
Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an Innovative AI Tech Engineer/ AI Product Manager to drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and automation across our commercial construction operations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between innovative technology and office/field operations, identifying opportunities to automate workflows, building internal AI tools, and enhance data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem solver, potentially a recent graduate in AI Technology/Engineering, who wants to make a tangible impact on massive, real-world construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with field operations, project management, estimating, accounting, sales, marketing, and executive teams to identify opportunities for process improvement through AI and automation.
AI & Automation Development: Build and maintain internal AI assistants, custom knowledge bases, and workflow automations (using low-code platforms) to streamline administrative tasks.Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with estimating, project management, accounting, sales, marketing, and executive teams to map out workflows and identify processes ripe for AI optimization.Software Integration: Assist in connecting AI solutions and large language models (LLMs) with existing construction platforms.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze company data to help generate predictive insights, performance dashboards, and automated reporting.Training & Adoption: Champion AI literacy across the company by creating simple user guides, conducting training sessions, and helping non-technical staff use prompt engineering effectively.Guardrails & Best Practices: Assist leadership in promoting responsible AI usage that aligns with the companys data security and governance standards.Tech Scouting: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI tools and proposing innovative use cases for commercial construction.Qualifications:
