We are seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs)/Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work Group Homes, providing support with daily living tasks and personal care. As a Direct Care Workers (DCWs)/Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will ensure our patients receive essential social and emotional support and provide vital information of patient condition to House Manager.
SUMMARY OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
Ensure the highest quality of client safety and care.Assist clients in performing activities of daily living.Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, supervision of daily activities and transporting to medical appointments/community events and day programsMaintain a clean and healthy environment.Maintain thorough documentation of teaching programs, activities and incident reports.Hourly pay rate: $15 and up to $17 per hour plus $250 sign on bonus
