Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.Monitor and record vital signs and health status of clients.Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.Administer medications and assist with mobility and transfers.Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Requirements:
Current CNA certification in North Carolina.Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.Flexible schedule to meet clients' needs.
