    We are hiring for multiple positions for our Before and After School Program for the 2025-2026 school year in Knowlton Township Elementary School, Delaware, NJ.



    JOB STATUS: Part-time, non-exempt

    POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Substitutes, Group Teachers, Supervisors, Directors

    PAY: $15.49 - $21.00 per hour (based on role, qualifications, and experience)



    The Before and After-School Program team is responsible for:

    Facilitating hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum which includes fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and other group activities as well as homework completion.Providing a safe, healthy, and fun environment and acting as a positive role model for children in the program.Communicating daily with parents and family members via the Playground App.Observing state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.Certain positions may also perform management functions such as accurate attendance records, registration, and staffing.Requirements:

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    Associate's degree in Child Development, Child Development Certificate.

    OR

    Six college credits in Early Childhood Education or Child Development and Nine college credits in Education, Psychology, Health Care, Nursing, or any other field related to child growth or development.



    QUALIFICATIONS:

    You've got the green light from your doctor - medically fit to rock all the job duties and free of any communicable diseases including TB.You’re warm, friendly, and upbeat. Be the ultimate role model they'll look up to every single day.Managing Like a Boss: Assist the Site Director with certain management tasks, including maintaining accurate attendance and registration records, and ensuring proper staffing levels to keep the program running smoothly. You will be the designated person in charge when the Site Director is not on site.Keeping Everyone in the Loop: Maintain open lines of communication with parents and family members through the Playground App.Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively and regularly with the Site Director, ensuring they're up to speed on daily occurrences and addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner. By working together as a cohesive team, we'll provide the highest quality of care, foster a positive working environment, and proactively tackle any challenges that come our way.Requirements:

    We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time Assistant Director for our Before and After School Program in Zane North Elementary School.



    In the event of the Site Director's absence, the Assistant Director will assume responsibility for supervising and managing the program, as well as performing any duties typically assigned to the Site Director.

    A New York State Children’s Program Administrator Credential; and two years of direct experience working with children less than 13 years of age, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity in a child care program or related field of work;

    or

    A School-Age Child Care Credential or another office-recognized credential specific to the school-age developmental period; and two years of direct experience working with children less than 13 years of age, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity in a child care program or related field of work;

    or

    an Associate’s degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation or a related field; and two years of direct experience working with children less than 13 years of age, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity in a child care program or related field of work

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    To be qualified as a director, a person must possess either:

    Two years of college with 18 credits in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation or a related field; and two years of direct experience working with children less than 13 years of age, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity in a child care program or related field of work.

    or

    A New York State Children’s Program Administrator Credential; and two years of direct experience working with children less than 13 years of age, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity in a child care program or related field of work;

    or

    A School-Age Child Care Credential or another office-recognized credential specific to the school-age developmental period; and two years of direct experience working with children less than 13 years of age, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity in a child care program or related field of work;

    Summary: Healthy Kids is looking for an experienced, skilled, detail-oriented, self-starter to occupy the position of Billing and Account Specialist for the company.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Enters data, generates billing, runs reports to verify information, prepare vouchers and send billing medium to appropriate funding sources.Enters, maintains, and updates information regarding students and other relevant information necessary to complete billing and record transactions in QuickBooks.Analyzes remittance advice to properly post.Analyzes differences between billed and collected amounts and/or denials. Prepares adjustments as necessary.Track denials and re-bills.Follows up on all unpaid accounts on an ongoing and timely basis.Prepares and completes daily deposits for all Healthy Kids accounts.Takes deposits to bank or utilizes deposit machine in office to make deposits, if necessary.Assists in budget creating process & enters actuals into budget to analyze budget vs actuals comparisons on monthly basis.Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.Completes grant analysis and reviews data & submits expense reports in OCFS portal.Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.Requirements:

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty in a satisfactory manner. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


    Education/Experience: High School diploma required; Associates Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred. 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping and/or Finance related experience required. Knowledge of accounting including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Strong knowledge of excel to include VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization. Experience with QuickBooks.

    Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of the organization. Ability to communicate effectively with all third-party payer representatives as well as internal staff members including program staff.


    Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs and data.


    Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
