You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with physicians and mental health professionals to ensure continuity, dignity, and progress in every patient's treatment plan.
What You'll Do:Conduct daily medical rounds-get to know your patients, not just their charts
Perform history & physicals (H&Ps) for new admissions
Manage ongoing care and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate across a strong clinical team that values your input
Keep documentation clean, consistent, and patient-centered
What You Bring:Licensed (or license-eligible) Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts
Background in internal medicine or primary care is a strong plus
Confident clinical judgment + clear documentation
