We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Behavioral Support Professional (BSP) to join our team at HealthWays, Inc.
The BSP will provide direct support and intervention services to clients experiencing behavioral challenges. This role focuses on improving clients’ daily functioning, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life through evidence-based strategies and personalized care plans.
This position requires bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or a related field with a minimum one year of paid experience providing behavior management services to individuals having intellectual and developmental disabilities.
