Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institutionLicensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical BoardWhere Applicable- Employee shall be currently board certified or board eligible as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of OsteopathicFellowship training in Advanced Endoscopy or equivalent advanced gastroenterology specialization.
