    POSITION: Onsite Medical Records Processing Specialist

    Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403

    1,000 Sign on Bonus

    ****Paid After 180 Days of Employment


    Entry level job duties include but not limited to:

    JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Complete all incoming ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner.Manage front desk for Patient Requests and concerns- walk ins This position must maintain 100% ROI Accuracy.This position must complete all STATs within an hour and maintain a 24-hour turnaround time for all other ROI requests.This position must keep all queues current.Validates requests and authorizes for release of PHI according to established procedures.Performs quality checks on all work to ensure the accuracy of the release, confidentiality, and proper invoicing.Maintains confidentiality, security, and standards of ethics with the employer and medical records information during transport, storage, and disposal.Complete legal affidavits and questions as needed.Regularly scan ROI request into chart.Abides by the ROI policy specific to both HealthMark and the client.This position must maintain a neat, clean, and professional personal appearance and observe the dress code established by the client.This position must maintain a clean and orderly work area. Ensure that records and files are properly stored before leaving the area and ensure adequate supplies to meet needs.Maintain and update facility guide as needed.Provides excellent customer service by being attentive and respectful.Follows-through as promised.Proactive in identifying PT complaints with the ability to de-escalate as needed.Communicate effectively with customers.Achieve maximum customer satisfaction.Provide customer service by answering requests from phone

    Role Description The Product Owner for Medical Imaging is a team-level Product Owner on HealthMark’s SAFe Agile Release Train, responsible for maximizing the value delivered by an Agile team building HealthMark’s medical imaging platforms. Advancing digital radiology image delivery, replacing physical media, and enabling remote clinical collaboration. Partner daily with Purview’s established engineering team in Brazil while helping integrate the platforms into the broader HealthMark portfolio. Support and contribute to a CRAFT-driven culture (Client-Focused, Respectful, Accountable, Forward Thinking, and Team-Oriented). Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience. 5+ years in Product Owner or similar product roles. Strong experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies. Experience writing user stories and managing backlogs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. SAFe POPM certification preferred; required within 6 months of hire if not already certified. Requirements Own and prioritize the team backlog, aligning it with the Medical Imaging product roadmap and strategic goals. Elaborate features into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, and accept completed stories on behalf of the team.
