    Role Overview:
    The client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Finance workstream of a Workday implementation currently in the Testing phase. This role will partner with the core PMO, functional leads, and testing teams to manage test execution, cutover readiness, and go-live planning through the Finance Go-Live on April 1, 2025.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Coordinate and track test cycles (SIT, URR) and related readiness tasks across Finance modules, including Financial Accounting, Customer Accounts, and Banking & Settlement.

    Manage issues, risks, and dependencies; ensure timely escalation and resolution.

    Facilitate Finance-specific standups, planning meetings, and status reporting.

    Support cutover and contingency planning, with a focus on operational readiness.

    Collaborate with the core PM team, functional leads, and Change Management to align Finance milestones with the broader program.

    Required Experience:

    5+ years of project management experience on ERP/Workday implementations.

    Strong background managing Finance-focused initiatives, including testing and go-live execution.

    Direct experience in a healthcare environment is required.

    Familiarity with Workday Financials or comparable ERP systems.

  • Epic PACS Project Manager

    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Summary:We are seeking an experienced Epic PACS Project Manager (PM) to lead the planning, implementation, and integration of Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) with Epic Radiant and Cupid modules across our healthcare enterprise. Will work on 50% Epic service consolidation projects and 50% Imaging projects. Epic experience is highly preferred. This individual will collaborate with Radiology, Cardiology, IT, and clinical leadership to ensure seamless project execution and optimal imaging workflow outcomes. This is a 12 month contract and Fully RemoteKey Responsibilities:Project Management:
    Lead end-to-end project planning, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery of PACS integrations with Epic applications (Radiant, Cupid, and potentially other imaging platforms).Stakeholder Coordination:
    Liaise with clinical stakeholders, Epic analysts, PACS vendors, imaging departments, and third-party integrators to gather requirements and provide updates.System Integration:
