This role will also assist with budget planning and financial cost savings initiatives.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze financial data, assess market trends, and evaluate investment risks to inform decision-making processes.Develop and execute comprehensive business plans that maximize value for the organization.Coordinate the due diligence process, requiring close collaboration with internal teams such as finance, legal, and operations to ensure all aspects of an acquisition are thoroughly vetted and aligned with organizational goals.Create and maintain relationships with brokers, property owners, and other potential deal sources.Maintaining a solid understanding of the specific market fundamentals that may impact the areas we are looking to acquire assets.Providing support as needed throughout the acquisition and disposition cycle.Participate in any investment committee meetings.Present to leadership financial month end results and build a concise summary package.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS5+ years of Finance experience of coordinating business plan/acquisitions and leading a financial team.SKILLS/REQUIREMENTSFinance experience within the healthcare industry required.College degree preferably within Finance concentration.Any data-related/finance certification(s) is a plus.

Maintain data necessary for our applications from data pipelines from the EDW to ETLs to the final rendering in the customer-facing application. Must be versed in C#, Angular, Node, SQL Server, MongoDB and Azure DevOps. Must be able to develop low code solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform and Qlik in addition to open source applications.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSMinimum of 5 years' full stack development experience.Minimum of 5 years SQL Server experience.Minimum of 2 years' experience working in Azure environments.Minimum of 2 years working with Microsoft Power Platform.Must have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Must be able to adapt to fast paced environments.Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
