Ability to build, direct and manage a regional scalable clinical staffing business servicing the long term and post-acute care industry. Assigns work schedules and area of responsibility to Registered Dietitians to ensure appropriate and compliant clinical coverage within client facilities. Follows guidelines and limits the parameters allowing for use of external contract RDN services and participates in Company record-keeping systems when utilized. Works with Human Resources and other stakeholders to implement a retention strategy for the Registered Dietitian team to minimize turnover. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field from an accredited college or university. Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and licensed in Dietetics by the state, as applicable. Must have, as a minimum, 3-5 years of dietary experience in long term care with managerial clinical and food services responsibilities.
