Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all clinical and supervisory functions for an assigned unit
- Implement and maintain nursing policies and procedures
- Mentor and support nursing staff, providing guidance and professional development

- Review resident records and monitor quality of care

Requirements
- Active New York State RN License
- Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience preferred
