    The Online Task Contributor will do a number of small and large web-based tasks to help the company with its digital operations and efforts to make things better. Some of the tasks that may be required include entering data, moderating content, taking surveys, making sure quality is high, and other online tasks. The best candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, good with technology, and able to work alone from a distance.

    Duties:

    Follow the instructions given and do all of your assigned online tasks accurately and quickly.

    Review, sort, and moderate digital content as needed.

    Do things like entering data, checking data, and verifying information.

    Take part in surveys, testing products, and giving feedback as a user.

    Do some basic research on the internet and put together the information as instructed.

    Let your boss know about the progress of your work, any problems you're having, or any questions you have in a timely manner.

    Stick to the deadlines and quality standards for the project.

    Always keep things private and follow the company's rules for keeping data safe.

    Help with ongoing process improvements and give feedback on ways to make workflows better.

    Requirements:

    You need a high school diploma or something similar.

    It would be good if you had done online tasks, data entry, or remote work before.

    Good at using computers and familiar with web apps, spreadsheets, and online communication tools.

    Great at paying attention to details and organizing things.

    Strong writing skills.

    Ability to work alone and manage time well.

    A reliable internet connection and a private, quiet place to work.

    Pay by the hour: $25.00 to $45.00 (based on experience, qualifications, and education)

The job requires good organizational skills, the ability to keep secrets, and a thorough knowledge of the best ways to run a business.

    Main Duties:

    Board Governance: Set up, plan, and take notes for Board of Directors and committee meetings, and make sure that materials are sent out on time.

    Compliance: Keep up with the law by keeping up with the company's statutory books and records (register of shareholders, directors, etc.); make sure that all federal and state laws and regulations are followed.

    Corporate Filings: Get the right documents ready and send them to the right government agencies (like the SEC and state agencies); keep track of annual filings and certifications.

    Liaison: Be the main point of contact between the Board, senior management, shareholders, and government agencies.

    Record Management: Protect official documents, minutes, resolutions, and business records.

    Policy Implementation: Give the Board and management advice on the best practices, standards, and policies for running a business.

    Shareholder Relations: Plan annual meetings for shareholders, proxy voting, and communications with shareholders.

    Risk Management: Help the company's risk management framework by making sure that everyone follows the rules and keeps the right records.

    Corporate Transactions: Help with big business deals like mergers, acquisitions, and other things that need to be done.

    Ethics and Integrity: Always follow the highest standards of honesty, privacy, and ethics.

    Qualifications:

    A bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field.

    More than two years of experience in legal, compliance, or corporate governance roles, preferably as a Corporate Secretary or Assistant Secretary.

    A deep understanding of corporate law, governance rules, and following the rules set by the government.

    Great at organizing, analyzing, and talking to people.

    Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle private information.

    Able to use board management software and the MS Office Suite.


    Pay for the year:

    $110,000 to $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
