We are seeking a Direct Support Professional DSP to join our team! You will provide habilitation supports in the community to ensure that a person’s social and vocational skills are enhanced outside of his/her home to foster independence and encourage community inclusion while ensuring that their health, safety and wellbeing is protected. Provide necessary support and encouragement towards accomplishing program goals as outlined in Waiver Authorization/ISP
Able to move from point a to point b.
Must Drive.
Must be Covid Vaccinated.

Requirements/Expectations:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must hold a bachelor's degree in human services, Sociology, Psychology or related field and have the ability to satisfactory complete and/or arrange for completion of each essential duty. The requirements listed are a representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must work full time Monday - Friday and be flexible to work weekends and evenings when necessary. Must drive.
This position requires ability to travel to sites, multitask, and meet deadlines, proofreading skill, flexibility, time management, organization, hands on, and acceptance to changes.
