This role drives member satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth by deepening executive relationships, managing renewals and contracting, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver a high-touch member experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Revenue bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. CRM familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot/Account Engagement) is highly preferred.
