Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated, results driven individual with strong communication and relationship building skills. Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or a client facing role is preferred, though candidates with strong transferable skills from other industries are also encouraged to apply. Success in this role requires being assertive and diplomatic enough to ask difficult or sensitive questions, while remaining respectful and professional at all times. You should be a critical thinker able to adapt your approach to drive results, with the grit, perseverance, and resilience to overcome obstacles in a competitive, fast moving environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidate relationships simultaneously are essential. This role rewards initiative, consistency, and follow through, and is best suited for someone who thrives on hitting goals and is comfortable being measured on performance.
