    OBJECTIVES•  Greet patients warmly, creating a welcoming and professional first impression of the clinic.

    We are looking for a responsible and reliable massage therapist. Someone who will show up to work on time, professional and able to perform therapeutic massage and assist the doctors. All of the patients that you will be working on are the clinic’s patients.

    We need someone who is skilled, caring, and professional and who will be a reliable team member to help with the patients’ care.

    Duties include one hour and half hour massages. In between one hour and half hour massages you may be asked to perform 8 minute myofascial release on patients, assist the doctor with therapies, exercises and patient treatment.

    Because we are a medical office you will be required to complete daily SOAP notes for the treatments you perform.

    Position Overview


    We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Clinic Floater to support both front office and back office operations. This role is critical to maintaining patient flow, provider support, clinic cleanliness, and overall operational excellence. The ideal candidate takes ownership of the environment and ensures the clinic is always clean, organized, and patient-ready.

    This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, accountability, and a strong work ethic.

    Key Responsibilities


    Clinic Cleanliness & Appearance (Core Responsibility)


    Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment at all times.

    Ensure all treatment rooms are cleaned, reset, and fully stocked between patients.

    Complete laundry start-to-finish: washing, drying, folding, and restocking linens.

    Perform daily and ongoing cleaning tasks throughout the clinic (floors, counters, equipment, chairs).

    Handle minor appearance fixes independently (e.g., wiping scuffed walls, spot cleaning, organizing storage areas).

    Inspect interior and exterior of clinic daily to ensure professional appearance.

    Coordinate with janitorial staff and verify cleaning quality.

    Coordinate with gardener and report exterior issues as needed.

    Address cleanliness or appearance issues immediately as they arise—no delays.
    Coordinate with outside companies if any repairs or maintenance are needed
    Back Office & Clinical Support


    Room patients and take vitals accurately.

    Assist providers during patient visits as directed.

    Help with charting and provider notes when needed.

    Maintain stocked treatment supplies (chiropractic and medical).

    Ensure all clinical equipment and carts are clean and organized.

    Front Office Support


    Cover front desk as needed: answering phones, scheduling and rescheduling appointments.

    Greet patients professionally and assist with check-in and check-out.

    Collect payments and ensure required paperwork is completed.

    Keep patient forms stocked, organized, and current.

    Maintain proper filing and ensure shredding is completed regularly.

    Supplies, Maintenance & Vendor Coordination


    Monitor and maintain office and clinical supply levels.

    Notify management of low inventory before shortages occur.

    Coordinate minor maintenance needs with approved vendors (HVAC, janitorial, roofing, etc.).

    Report facility issues promptly and assist with follow-up as directed.

    Qualifications


    Prior experience in a medical or healthcare office preferred.

    Comfortable working in both front desk and clinical environments.

    Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

    Professional communication and patient service skills.

    Physically able to stand, walk, lift, and perform cleaning/laundry tasks throughout the day.

    Reliable, punctual, and self-directed.

    Clinic is consistently clean, organized, and inspection-ready.

    Treatment rooms are always prepared and stocked.

    Laundry is never backlogged or left unfinished.

    Patients experience smooth flow and professional service.

    Providers are supported efficiently with minimal interruptions.

    Facility and appearance issues are addressed proactively—not reactively.
