Healing Hands Homecare is expanding across Northeast Florida and looking for a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to help grow our skilled nursing services from the ground floor. In this role, you will deliver hands-on, dignity-first care to elderly clients, adults with disabilities, and medically complex children (ages 0–21).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and patient education.Conduct client assessments and support smooth hospital-to-home transitions.
Partner directly with the owner and administrator on care planning and complex cases.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Active, unencumbered Florida RN license. Previous home care, home health, or wound care experience preferred. Active Level 2 background check clearance (or ability to obtain). Current CPR certification. HIV 1-hour training completed (or willingness to complete). Reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented disposition.
