Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Spray Painter to prepare, finish, and perfect cabinet surfaces. The ideal candidate will have experience working with spray booths and various finishes to achieve flawless results.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cabinet surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and priming as needed.Operate spray painting equipment, including spray guns and booths, to apply finishes such as paints, stains, and lacquers.Mix and match colors to meet design specifications.Ensure consistent, high-quality finishes while maintaining clean and organized work areas.Inspect finished pieces for imperfections and touch up as necessary.Follow all safety protocols and maintain equipment.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a spray painter, preferably in cabinetry or woodworking.Proficiency with spray guns and other painting equipment.Knowledge of different paint types, including stains, lacquers, and enamels.Attention to detail and ability to meet high-quality standards.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compensation:

As a Skilled Cabinet Maker at HD Cabinetry & Design, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing & assembly of custom cabinetry and other woodwork pieces. You will be responsible for interpreting design specifications, preparing and cutting materials, and ensuring the final product meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Cabinet Manufacturing & Assembly: Construct custom cabinetry from raw materials, using detailed plans, blueprints, and specifications.Material Preparation: Measure, cut, and shape wood and wood-based products with precision using saws, sanders, and other woodworking equipment.Quality Control: Inspect each piece for accuracy and quality, making adjustments and corrections as necessary to ensure alignment with company standards.Equipment Maintenance: Maintain woodworking tools, CNC machinery, and workspaces to ensure safety and efficiency.Team Collaboration: Work alongside designers, project managers, and other carpenters to ensure timely completion of projects.Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cabinetry, carpentry, or a related field.Technical Skills: Proficiency in using power tools (e.g., table saws, sanders, routers), hand tools, and other woodworking equipment. Knowledge in CNC machinery preferred but not required.Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and construction plans.Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure precision in cuts, fits, and finishes.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues during the production process and make adjustments as needed.Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, stand for long periods, and work in various workshop conditions.Preferred Qualifications:
Certification: Certification in carpentry, cabinetry, or a related field is a plus.Knowledge of CNC Equipment: Experience with CNC machinery and CAD/CAM software is an advantage.Finishing Skills: Knowledge of wood finishing techniques, including staining, varnishing, and painting, is preferred.What We Offer:
