Chiropractor West Chester OH Urgently Hiring Up to $150k per year We are looking for a motivated chiropractor to join our practice full time in the West Chester OH, just 25 miles N of Cincinnati OH. We are seeking a chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality chiropractic care to our patients. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor enjoys helping as many patients as possible reach their health and wellness goals through chiropractic care. Duties: Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports) Take and review diagnostic imaging/X-rays Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 patient report of finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care Treatment- chiropractic care- adjustments- diversified full spine, extremities, activator, Thompson drop, instrument adjustments, and flexion distraction and various therapies and modalities Documentation and charting (timely and accurate notes) Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments Contribute to the growth and success of the clinic through internal and external marketing (occasional) Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC) Active chiropractic license in OH Schedule: Full time Compensation (range): $90k-$150k/year (depending on experience and bonuses) Benefits: Bonus compensation PTO/vacation Health share options Complimentary care for employee Free 1 hour massage per month Paid malpractice and licensure Potential growth and advancement with ownership opportunities If you are interested in being challenged to grow with a fun passionate team, then join us!
