Right at Home is seeking care providers of all levels to assist the elderly, blind, and disabled one on one in a home environment. We offer a sign on bonus for all that apply (ask about details of payout). We also offer a referral bonus to anyone that refers an employee to us that works 80 hours (ask about details of payout).
You will be required to assist all clients with cooking, cleaning, and running errands. We do not transport in our cars unless advised by staffing to do so. Those with experience may be asked to perform showers, transfers, brief change, peri care, stand by assistance.
We are also seeking to establish a labor pool of experienced caregivers that can work 8-12 hour shifts. These candidates have at least 3 years experience and can work with minimal notice. They require minimal supervision and are able to communicate effectively with the client and staff. Must present well. This is called the 5 Star Program. Pay is way above average for this position.
