What you ll do Direct day-to-day activities of field crews across multiple projects. Oversee yard operations so equipment is maintained, organized, and dispatch-ready. Schedule and coordinate equipment transfers to and from job locations. Work hand-in-hand with mechanics on maintenance schedules, repairs, and documentation. Enforce company safety protocols on every site. Collaborate with project managers to match manpower, equipment, and resources to plan. Support logistics planning, staging, and site setup. Monitor progress and produce concise field reports. What you bring 5+ years in heavy civil construction or equipment operations. Team leadership experience supervising field personnel. Knowledge of heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, and similar). Ability to read plans and interpret schedules. Clear communicator with strong organization and problem-solving.
