12hr Night Shift- 7pm to 7am
Monitor CMMS systems and respond to customer inquiries.Provide timely and quality service.Monitor facility and data center support equipment BMS systems and respond to alarm conditions as needed.Escalate urgent issues to the proper person or team.Communicate work orders and assist in resolving problems.Ensure work orders issued are closed in time with customer SLAs.Manage vendors and contractors and all who perform work in the data center.Train vendors and contractors on data center work rules and procedures.Ensure all work is conducted with procedures approved by the Change Management System.Maintain and check the accuracy of completed paperwork submitted by vendors and contractors.Work with and support other members of the Facility Management team.Perform site walkthroughs as directed and report any deficiencies.Prepare accurate and timely reports as required. File all reports and documents as needed.Continually communicate with end users, customers, and management team with updates and any pertinent information, as it becomes available.Perform other assigned duties.Additional Qualification Requirements
MUST be able to pass a criminal background check.MUST pass a pre-employment drug screening.Experience with HVAC and back-up power generators is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent.Trade school and/or college education are a plus.Self-starter. We are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day service, maintenance, and contractors statewide. The Facilities Manager will supervise facilities' related functions and lead a team of maintenance professionals.
Essential Duties:
