    Data Center Facility Technician

    12hr Night Shift- 7pm to 7am

    Monitor CMMS systems and respond to customer inquiries.Provide timely and quality service.Monitor facility and data center support equipment BMS systems and respond to alarm conditions as needed.Escalate urgent issues to the proper person or team.Communicate work orders and assist in resolving problems.Ensure work orders issued are closed in time with customer SLAs.Manage vendors and contractors and all who perform work in the data center.Train vendors and contractors on data center work rules and procedures.Ensure all work is conducted with procedures approved by the Change Management System.Maintain and check the accuracy of completed paperwork submitted by vendors and contractors.Work with and support other members of the Facility Management team.Perform site walkthroughs as directed and report any deficiencies.Prepare accurate and timely reports as required. File all reports and documents as needed.Continually communicate with end users, customers, and management team with updates and any pertinent information, as it becomes available.Perform other assigned duties.

    Additional Qualification Requirements

    MUST be able to pass a criminal background check.MUST pass a pre-employment drug screening.Experience with HVAC and back-up power generators is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent.Trade school and/or college education are a plus.Self-starter.     We are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day service, maintenance, and contractors statewide. The Facilities Manager will supervise facilities' related functions and lead a team of maintenance professionals.

    Essential Duties:

    Oversee the daily facilities aspects of multiple locations and coordinate with teams to ensure the operation is running smoothly.Manage various contractors including but not limited to electrical, HVAC, generator, UPS, janitorial, security, and landscaping.Lead all Building Services technical staff in the scheduled PM’s, repair/trouble shooting of facility equipment as needed.Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures and safety protocols.Conduct regular site inspections to identify any necessary repairs or upgrades and implement plans to address facility requirements.Participate in budget planning and management sessions each facility, including maintenance, capital improvements, and repairs.Ensure all facilities comply with legal regulations and environmental, health, and safety standards.Coordinate facility operations, renovations, and other projects.Manage, train, and develop a high-performing team of Real Estate Operations technicians at multiple sites.Provide emergency support/response over the phone, or in person as needed.Support 24x7 Emergency Support activities including but not limited to disaster response, on-call rotation and neighbor island travel.

    Education and Experience:

    Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business management, engineering, or a related field preferred.5+ years in a Data Center, Network facilities and or Building facilities management experience.2+ years in project and facilities management software or tools.2+ years environmental, health, and safety regulations recommended.2+ years leadership and team management experience supervising field technician.
