Strategic Advisory & Client Leadership
Lead complex consulting engagements across operations, maintenance, and reliability best practice domains including opportunity assessment, roadmap development, and implementation support Define and deliver maintenance and reliability excellence transformation strategies for water and wastewater utilities in domains such as reliability, condition management, work execution management, leadership, and asset management. Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, asset managers, and operational leaders Lead client workshops, executive briefings, and stakeholder alignment sessionsOperations & Maintenance Excellence
Advise on advanced maintenance strategies (predictive, condition-based, reliability-centered maintenance)Drive improvements in asset reliability, uptime, and lifecycle cost optimization Integrate operational data into maintenance and operational decision-making Support development of enterprise asset management and maintenance frameworksRequired Skills & Experience
20+ years of experience in the water sector (utility or consulting) B.S. degree in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering Certified Reliability Manager (CMRP, CRL)Extensive knowledge of water and wastewater operations and maintenance practices Deep expertise in maintenance and reliability best practices Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or modernization programs including change management, coaching, mentoring, and trainingExperience with enterprise systems (EAM, CMMS, GIS, data platforms) Project management experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and capable of interacting effectively with staff and clients Self-starter with attention to detail Strong organizational skills Proficiency in all MS Office based computer softwareEducational Requirements:

Review and interpretation of project specifications and drawings Providing Document Control Assisting in the processing and review of RFI’s, Submittals and Shop Drawings prepared by Contractor Maintain Change Order log Assist in preparing weekly project meeting agendas and documenting meetings Coordinating and facilitating communication between the contractor, Design Engineer, various project stakeholders, and the owner Performing field inspection of Contractor’s daily operations for compliance with Contract Documents Preparing sketches and assembling data for the Design Engineers use Preparing daily and weekly reports on work accomplished by the contractorUse of cloud-based software or project documentation such as PROCORE Other Construction management activities as needed Other Construction and Project management activities, as neededRequired Qualifications:
