Our licensed providers deliver virtual therapy and medical services to more than four million students, at school or at home, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.     Helping students and families feel better takes a dedicated team. As a member of Hazel's Mental Health team, you will help expand access to evidence-based care in schools across Illinois.

    The Role

    We are seeking independently licensed therapists in Illinois who are passionate about working with children and families. In this role, you will provide high-quality virtual mental health services to students within our partner school districts and health plans. You will collaborate with families, school staff, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated, accessible care.

    Schedule

    Minimum 7 client caseload with sessions during Illinois peak hours:
    Sunday - Saturday, 9:00AM - 8:00PM (highest peak hours are Monday - Wednesday, 4:00pm-7:00pm)

    What You'll DoProvide evidence-based teletherapy to children (ages 5–17) and their familiesDeliver interventions such as CBT, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, PMT, PCIT, CPP, and other evidence-based modalitiesComplete timely and accurate clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) using our platformParticipate in optional weekly case consultation and team meetingsMinimum QualificationsMaster's-level therapist fully and independently licensed in Illinois (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and familiesDemonstrated experience treating common pediatric mental health conditions using evidence-based approachesComfortable delivering care virtually and using technology in clinical practiceCommitted to expanding access to high-quality mental health care

    Hazel partners with school districts and health plans to make physical and mental health care more accessible to K–12 students. Our licensed providers deliver virtual therapy and medical services to more than four million students, at school or at home, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.     Helping students and families feel better takes a dedicated team. As a member of Hazel's Mental Health team, you will help expand access to evidence-based care in schools across Rhode Island.

    The Role

    We are seeking independently licensed therapists in Rhode Island who are passionate about working with children and families. In this role, you will provide high-quality virtual mental health services to students within our partner school districts and health plans. You will collaborate with families, school staff, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated, accessible care.

    Schedule

    Minimum 7 client caseload with sessions during Rhode Island peak hours:
    Monday - Saturday: 9:00AM - 8:00PM
