    Hayt, Hayt & Landau (HHL) is seeking a professional, motivated Collections Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service and help consumers resolve past-due accounts through clear communication, education, and respectful problem-solving.

    Responsibilities:

    Handle inbound and outbound calls as a Collections Customer Service Representative working to resolve accountsEducate customers on available payment options and negotiate appropriate payment arrangements in accordance with company policies and proceduresUpdate account information and document all activity accuratelyMeet performance and collections goals in a fast-paced call center environmentExcellent phone communication and negotiation skills, ability to overcome obstacles and focus on positive solutionsMaintain a positive attitude, work well in a team, and show a willingness to learn. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our civil litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career attorneys to build practical legal skills, manage their own cases, and work with opposing counsel to negotiate resolutions. You’ll also gain exposure to court proceedings as part of your daily work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Job description

    We are looking for a legal clerk to handle case follow up for civil litigation. Your goal will be to perform the job with little to no errors, learn quickly, and handle a large volume of legal documents in an appropriate amount of time. Our clerks handle the filing, document processing, and data entry of civil lawsuits related to debt collection. We are based out of Miami, Florida and our Atlanta office handles all processing of Georgia cases. Although we are a debt collection firm, our Miami office handles all correspondence with debtors. We handle all filing and processing with the courts and communication with opposing counsels. This is a great position for someone looking to enter the legal field. We provide extensive on-the-job training and work directly with new hires as they learn legal processes.

    Responsibilities

    · Identify legal documents by title and contents

    · Enter legal data into our software system, Q-Law

    · Communicate with courts to follow up with cases

    · Regularly work lists of files to keep up to date

    - Work directly with a team of attorneys and clerks to keep files moving through the litigation process

    -Request and process documents with the Magistrate, State, and Superior Courts of the state of Georgia. This includes scanning, copying, and mailing documents as well as following up with the court regarding filings

    -Background, Drug, Credit, and Fingerprint tests done prior to hiring

    -A desire to learn more about civil litigation
