    Principal Objectives of the Regional Maintenance Supervisor


    Principal Objective of Position: This position is the senior level maintenance person overseeing various sites and is responsible for the overall maintenance of the sites including planning, coordinating, budgeting, organizing and maintaining the physical needs of the sites. This person will perform and direct other maintenance personnel in the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments.

    This role is ideal for a skilled maintenance leader with strong HVAC knowledge, a passion for mentoring teams, and the ability to solve problems while maintaining high standards of property performance.


    What You'll Do

    Support multiple communities by providing maintenance leadership and technical expertise

    Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, appliance, grounds, and building maintenance

    Train, mentor, and support onsite maintenance teams

    Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards

    Assist with budgeting, inventory control, preventative maintenance, and expense management

    Travel to communities as needed to assist with property operations and special projects

    ?? Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company policies


    What We're Looking For

    ? High School Diploma or equivalent

    ? EPA Certification required

    ? Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    ? Minimum 3 years of progressive maintenance experience in multifamily housing or commercial properties

    ? Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and building systems

    ? Experience leading, training, or supervising maintenance staff preferred

    ? Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

    ? Ability to participate in an on-call rotation


    Physical Requirements

    ? Ability to lift up to 100 pounds

    ? Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

    ? Ability to operate maintenance equipment, tools, and company vehicles safely
