Overview:
Perform skilled carpentry work across commercial and residential construction projects ranging from $25K–$6M, supporting projects from rough framing through finish work.
Responsibilities:
• Perform skilled carpentry including wood and metal stud framing
• Complete finish carpentry and trim work
• Install doors, frames, and hardware
• Hang and finish drywall; basic painting as needed
• Install acoustical ceilings
• Support occasional concrete and masonry work
• Read and work from drawings and specifications
• Assist across multiple trades to support project completion
Key Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong carpentry skills across rough and finish work
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings (preferred)
• Willingness to perform a wide range of construction tasks
• Reliable, safety minded, and takes pride in workmanship
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to travel up to 1 hour from Buffalo for job sites
Pay, Benefits, and Perks:
