Hawaii Heart Associates is recruiting a full-time General Cardiologist to join our growing team on the island of Maui, serving patients in Wailuku and Kihei with hospital privileges at Maui Memorial Medical Center. This role offers a balanced mix of inpatient consults and outpatient clinic care, supported by experienced cardiologists, nurse practitioners, and a dedicated multispecialty network.

Currently, we are seeking a per-diem medical assistant for our Waluku and Kihei clinics. We are seeking candidates who are compassionate, are creative thinkers, possess strong work ethics, have “out of the box” thinking, pay attention to details, and are eager to learn. Ideal candidates embrace change and innovation, as our practice is strongly committed to implementing current evidence-based medicine and technology for patient care in the cardiovascular specialty. Experience is preferred but we also offer on-the-job training to exceptional candidates.
Clinical Duties will include and not limited to:
Obtain and accurately document patient medical historyObtain and accurately document vital signs: heart rate, oxygen saturation, respiration rate, blood pressure (automated and manual)Complete lab requisitionsPrepare/sterilize exam and procedure rooms for patients12-lead electrocardiogramsPlacement and monitoring of cardiac event monitorsAssist with treadmill diagnostic testsAdministrative Job Duties and Responsibilities:
