Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient seating arrangements. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for our restaurant's atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome.
Manage the seating chart and ensure efficient table turnover while maintaining guest comfort.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to coordinate guest needs.
Utilize POS system to manage reservations and track guest preferences.
Assist guests with inquiries about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest concerns or requests promptly.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for all guests.
Experience/Qualifications
Prior experience in hospitality or guest services is required.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A background in food service or restaurant operations is beneficial.
A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
Available to work during Friday to Sunday and weekdays if needed
