POSITION SUMMARY : The Receptionist works under general supervision to perform various procedures associated with routine patient encounters; and maintains positive relationships with patients, family members and other visitors, and fellow employees. QUALIFICATIONS : High school diploma or equivalent; formal training which will probably be indicated by experience working with the public; ability to maintain composure when confronted with fast-paced and stressful situations; ability to count money accurately; pleasant attitude; neat appearance; excellent communication skills. WORK SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
