Position Title: Outbound Call Center Manager (Managing SDRs / Appointment Setters)

About the role: We are seeking an experienced Call Center Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader to head up our existing team of Sales Development Representatives (Appointment Setters). The Sales Development Representatives are responsible for calling prospective customers who recently inquired about solar power for their home, building interest, qualifying the prospect, and booking a consultation with one of our Solar Sales Professionals. In this role, you will drive their performance by managing KPIs, providing ongoing training, supervising calls, assigning schedules, motivating, and running the team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee, supervise, and manage, Outbound Appointment Setting teamRun daily and weekly training and meetingsEnsure SDRs (Appointment Setters) are delivering a high quality pitch resulting in strong outcomes (i.e. Appointments being scheduled)Maintain quality controlManage SDRs (Appointment Setters) shifts and schedulesRecruit and onboard new staffMake outbound calls to book appointments when needed to ensure appointment quotas are being achieved.Utilize CRM to stay organized and disposition records accordinglyEnsure staff are setup with proper equipment (computer, phone and headset)Manage data list prioritiesSchedule:

Harvest Power is seeking a motivated In‐Home Solar Sales Closer to support residential solar growth across Nassau County and Suffolk County on Long Island. This is a field‐based, outside sales role centered on meeting homeowners face‐to‐face, understanding their energy needs, and guiding them through the decision to go solar.
This position is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy consultative selling, take ownership of their pipeline, and are motivated by performance‐based earnings.
This is a field‐based position covering Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

What You’ll Be Doing
Generate revenue by closing residential solar contractsWork 15–25 pre‐qualified in‐home appointments per month and take ownership of converting those appointments into signed solar contracts with minimal supervisionConduct 2–4 discovery consultations per day to understand homeowner goals, energy usage, and property suitabilityPresent customized solar proposals, including system design, pricing, financing options, and projected electricity savingsClose an average of 6–10 contracts per month, representing approximately $250K–$450K in gross revenueProspect approximately 2 hours daily through follow‐ups, calls, referrals, and pipeline outreach to maintain consistent deal flowMaintain and manage an active sales pipeline using Salesforce CRMAddress pricing discussions and competitive situations with confidence and professionalismQualify homeowners for available financing options and clearly explain next stepsEnsure contracts and financing documents are completed accurately and on timeCollaborate with Business Development Representatives to ensure appointments are well‐prepared and productiveShare customer feedback and local market insights across Nassau and Suffolk CountiesMonitor projects post‐sale to support a smooth installation and positive customer experienceContinue developing product knowledge, sales skills, and closing effectivenessWhat We’re Looking For
